The temporary residence permit for family reunification is available to foreigners who meet specific conditions, such as:

- Having a family member (e.g. spouse, child, parent) legally residing in Poland.
- Staying in Poland in accordance with applicable regulations.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED?
To obtain a temporary residence permit, you need to prepare the appropriate documents, including:
- General documents:
- Application for temporary residence permit – completed in Polish.
- Photocopy of the entire passport.
- Payment of stamp duty.
- Family-related documents:
- Documents confirming family ties with the person you want to join in Poland.
