Poland has become home to many migrants and refugees, especially from Ukraine and Belarus, whose lives have been changed by conflicts in their homelands 🌍.

But what is their work situation in Poland? 🤔

📈 An analysis by Gremi Personal shows that before the outbreak of the conflict in Ukraine, 94% of Ukrainian migrants were finding employment in Poland, Now, after two years of struggle, that figure has dropped to 64%.

Earnings of migrants in Poland are on the rise – in 2023 , the average monthly salary oscillated between PLN 3,000-4,000, although many still earn less than PLN 3,000.

The increase in wages is a result of the rising minimum wage and low unemployment, and skilled professionals from Ukraine who speak Polish can compete for better jobs.

🛠️💬 Recall that according to the law, migrants employed in Poland should receive wages comparable to Polish workers in similar positions.

🤝 It’s important to promote integration and equality in the workplace. After all, diversity is our strength!
