Check out the most popular types of contracts and their advantages and disadvantages.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Employment contract<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>A consensual statement of intent by the parties, according to which one party (the employee) undertakes to provide, on a continuous, recurring basis, to the other party (the employer), work of a certain type. The other party, in return, will employ the employee for a salary. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Advantages of an employment contract:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The employee may exercise the rights to which he is entitled under the provisions of the Labor Code (such as vacation leave) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The employer is obliged to pay social security contributions <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protection from termination <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guarantee of minimum wage &#8211; in accordance with current minimum wage regulations  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to additional pay for overtime work <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Disadvantages of an employment contract:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The employee may not entrust the performance of his work to another person <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strictly define the place and time of work <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>work under the supervision of management <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Commission agreement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In the case of a commission contract, the contractor (the person accepting the commission) undertakes to perform a specific legal act for the principal (the person giving the commission). <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Advantages of a commission contract:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>does not create a subordination relationship <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>possible conclusion in an oral formula, although the written form is the rule <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lower ZUS contributions <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no strictly defined working hours <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Disadvantages of the commission contract:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the contract may be free of charge <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Labor Code&#8217;s provisions on labor wage protection do not apply.
