Currently, after two years of struggle, this rate has decreased to 64%.<\/p>\n\n<p> Migrants&#8217; earnings in Poland are increasing &#8211; in 2023, the average monthly salary ranged between PLN 3,000-4,000, although many still earn below PLN 3,000.<\/p>\n\n<p> The wage increase is a result of rising minimum wage and low unemployment, and skilled professionals from Ukraine who speak Polish can compete for better job positions.<\/p>\n\n<p> \ud83d\udee0\ufe0f\ud83d\udcac We remind you that according to law, migrants employed in Poland should receive wages comparable to Polish workers in equivalent positions.<\/p>\n\n<p> \ud83e\udd1d It is important to support integration and equality in the workplace.
